Terms & Conditions

By joining the Party Animals Disco(rd) Party Color Club, you agree to these terms. Members must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and structured into tiers (Party Animal, Collector, VIP). Each tier unlocks specific perks as described on the membership page at the time of purchase.

• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our PayPal subscription.
• Active membership required. All perks, discounts, gifts, credits, drops, role access, and recognitions require a current, paid membership in good standing. Access to any and all perks immediately ends when a membership lapses, is canceled, is paused, fails to renew, or is terminated for any reason.
• All perks, pricing, tier structures, and offerings are subject to change at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to add, modify, restructure, repackage, replace, suspend, or remove any perk, tier, price, benefit, or feature at any time, with at least 30 days' notice to active members for material changes where reasonably practicable.
• Updated rate tiers over time: Membership pricing may change as the community evolves. We reserve the right to introduce new tiers, retire existing tiers, or update pricing for future billing cycles. Existing active members will receive notice of any price change affecting their tier before it takes effect at their next renewal.
• No guarantees. No specific outcome, gift, perk, drop, event, voting opportunity, discount, or experience is guaranteed in perpetuity. Membership grants access to the community and the perks currently offered at the time of access.
• Physical perks (including the VIP Anniversary Reward, birthday credits, and referral rewards) are subject to eligibility windows and may vary by region, inventory, or local availability. When a physical perk can't ship to a member's region, we offer a comparable substitute (digital credit, store credit, or alternate gift).

• Exclusive Discounts — Digital Books & Misfits Collections: Party Animal 10% off, Collector 20% off, VIP 50% off. Discount eligibility becomes effective after 60 days of active, continuous membership.
• Member Referral Rewards Program: Open to all paid tiers (Party Animal, Collector, VIP). Referral rewards become eligible after the referring member has maintained an active, continuous membership for 60 consecutive days. Reward type, amount, qualifying actions, and redemption rules are set at our discretion and may be updated over time. Rewards are forfeited if the referring or referred membership is canceled, refunded, or terminated.
• Exclusive Giveaways: VIP members receive access to exclusive member-only giveaways. Not included at the Party Animal or Collector tier (general community giveaways remain available to all tiers).
• Birthday Gifts: Collector members receive $15 in Party Animals store credit. VIP members receive $20 in Party Animals store credit. Birthday store credit is issued after 6 active months of paid membership, during the member's birthday month, and can be applied toward eligible digital items, physical items, and/or shipping at partyanimalsbooks.com. Birthday rewards are limited to one per eligible member per calendar year, require active membership at the time the credit is issued and redeemed, are single-use, non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash or gift cards, and expire 90 days after issue.
• VIP Anniversary Reward: After 12 consecutive active months of VIP membership, VIP members receive a VIP Anniversary Reward — an exclusive Party Animals collector's item, digital bundle, or special perk created for the VIP tier. The specific item, format, value, and fulfillment window are at our discretion and may vary year to year. No specific item or monetary value is guaranteed.
• First-In-Line Limited Editions & Pre-Orders (VIP): VIP members get first-in-line access to limited edition drops and pre-order placement on eligible releases, subject to inventory and availability.
• Surprise Digital Misfits Pages (VIP): VIP members receive surprise Digital Misfits pages. Not included at the Party Animal or Collector tier. Frequency, themes, formats, and drop timing are at our discretion.
• Voting Perks (Collector & VIP): Occasional and subject to availability. Voting opportunities are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed on every decision.
• Backstage Pass (VIP): VIP-only access to exclusive hangs with the creator, first looks at new drops, behind-the-scenes peeks, works-in-progress, and other insider moments. Frequency and format may vary.

We do our best to keep perks consistent worldwide, but some physical items, gifts, store credit, or shipping-based perks may vary by region, inventory, customs, or local availability. Where a perk cannot ship to a member's region, or where local laws or platform restrictions prevent fulfillment, we may offer a comparable substitute — such as digital credit, store credit, an alternate gift, or an equivalent digital item — at our sole discretion. Substitutions are considered full fulfillment of the perk. Cash equivalents are not provided.

Members must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to or participate in the Party Animals Disco(rd) Party Color Club. By joining, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18. We reserve the right to verify age and to terminate any membership found to be in violation, without refund.

• Recurring billing: Your membership renews automatically each month through PayPal at the then-current rate for your tier until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method.
• How to cancel: You can cancel anytime directly from your PayPal subscriptions dashboard. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, please cancel at least 3 days prior to your renewal date. Cancellations made within 3 days of renewal may still process for the upcoming billing period.
• Access after cancellation: Access remains active through the end of your current paid billing period. Once that period ends, your Discord role steps down and all tier-specific perks, discounts, vault access, voting access, and ongoing benefits are revoked.
• Refunds: Because memberships include immediate access to digital content, community spaces, and ongoing perks, membership fees are generally non-refundable. Refund eligibility, exceptions, and the full process are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, perks and Discord role access may be suspended or revoked until payment is successfully processed. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation.

The Disco(rd) Party Color Club is an inclusive, welcoming, good-vibes-only space for colorists of every skill level, background, and corner of the world. Be kind, be inclusive, good vibes only — that's the only rule of the dance floor.

• Be kind, always. Treat every member with warmth and respect.
• Be inclusive. Everyone belongs at this party — no gatekeeping.
• Good vibes only. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or drama — zero tolerance.
• No piracy or sharing of downloads. Digital pages, vault pages, and member files are for your personal use only.
• No leaking exclusive content outside the community.
• Keep conversations welcoming, inclusive, and on-vibe.

Legacy and Founders roles are honorary community recognitions for original early supporters of the Party Animals Disco(rd) Party Color Club. They are not public paid membership tiers and are granted at our sole discretion.

Legacy Members are early community supporters granted a complimentary honorary role. Legacy status may include a Legacy title or badge, occasional surprise perks, and access to the same core perks as the Party Animal tier while active. Legacy status remains active as long as members remain reasonably active within the community, do not violate community guidelines, and do not remain inactive for more than 30 consecutive days. Legacy status may be removed if a member leaves the server, becomes inactive beyond the allowed period, or violates community guidelines or these Terms.

Founders are original early supporters who voluntarily joined any tiered/active paid membership (Party Animal, VIP, or Collector) during the founding stage of the community. The Founders designation is an honorary recognition title. Active Founders may occasionally receive access to select community voting opportunities, early feedback discussions, commemorative recognition, special badges or titles, surprise perks, and other community appreciation perks. Founders are locked in at their original membership rate and will continue to be billed at that rate even if standard membership prices increase, for as long as their paid membership remains continuously active. The Founders designation is reserved for original early supporters who maintain an active paid membership during the founding stage. If membership is canceled or the member leaves the community, the Founders designation (and the locked-in rate) may be permanently removed and may not be reclaimable later. Founder perks, recognitions, and honorary designations may evolve over time and are not guaranteed permanently.

Legacy roles, Founder designations, honorary titles, badges, recognitions, and early supporter perks are community recognitions only and do not constitute ownership, equity, voting control, or contractual rights within Party Animals Coloring Books or the Party Animals Disco(rd) Party Color Club.

• Access depends on maintaining membership payments. Continued access to the Disco(rd) Party Color Club, all tier perks, discounts, vault content, voting opportunities, and community spaces is contingent on a current, paid membership in good standing. If payment lapses, fails, or is reversed, access ends.
• Memberships may be revoked at any time for abuse, harassment, piracy, leaking exclusive content, or violation of community guidelines — without refund.
• Discord participation: You must follow Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in addition to ours.
• Inactive members: Extended inactivity may result in reduced access notifications or role adjustments, but does not affect active billing.
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any membership at our sole discretion.

All digital content provided within the community — including coloring pages, vault pages, Misfits pages, artwork, downloads, tutorials, exclusive drops, behind-the-scenes content, and any other member files — is copyright protected and remains the sole property of Party Animals Coloring Books.

Members are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this content for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Resale, redistribution, sharing, reposting, or republishing of any member content, in whole or in part.
• Commercial use of any kind, including printing for resale, use in products, merchandise, NFTs, AI training datasets, or paid services.
• Leaking, posting, or sharing member-exclusive content outside the community (including on social media, file-sharing sites, or with non-members).
• Removing watermarks, credits, or copyright notices.

Violations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may be pursued under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, perk offerings, pricing, and community guidelines at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members where reasonably practicable. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Disco(rd) Party Color Club and all associated perks, content, and community spaces are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party Animals Coloring Books disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from membership, perk availability, content access, or community participation.
