Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

• You must request a refund in writing within 7 days of the original charge.
• Refund requests must include your membership email, the charge date, and the reason for your request.
• Send refund requests to membership@partyanimalsbooks.com.

What's Not Refundable

• Renewal charges after the first 7 days of that billing cycle.
• Memberships where digital content (vault pages, monthly digital pages, discount codes) has already been accessed or downloaded.
• Memberships revoked for violation of our Terms & Conditions or community guidelines.
• Shipping costs for physical gifts already dispatched.

Cancellation vs. Refund

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your PayPal subscriptions, or by emailing membership@partyanimalsbooks.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid billing period — to avoid being billed for the next cycle, please cancel at least 3 days prior to your renewal date. Cancellations made within 3 days of renewal may still process for the upcoming billing period. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not automatically refund past charges. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period before your Discord role and tier perks are removed.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, you will receive a notice and have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. During the grace period, access may be paused, limited, or temporarily maintained at our discretion. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the membership may be canceled and tier-specific Discord access, perks, discounts, and benefits may be removed.
